It means that we accept all returned products and refund any pet
food purchases and freight costs if you
are not satisfied with the product.
Send the remains of the pet food and the original receipt to:

Please label the parcel "Go Care Satisfaction Guarantee".
Please note your name, address, and account no. in order for us to make a transfer to your bank account.
We would of course also like to know why you are not satisfied with the product.
Any refunds of shipping charges take place in accordance with
current charges at the Danish postal
service, Post Danmark.
If you return the products COD or without postage, Go Care A/S will not accept them.
Go Care A/S recommends returning the product as parcel post via carriers who offer package tracking, such as the Danish postal service, Post Danmark.
This way it will be possible to trace the parcel in the Post Danmark system, eliminating any doubt whether Go Care A/S has received the parcel or not. Furthermore you can notify the parcel as missing, if it has not been delivered.
Claims sent without the original receipt will not be accepted by Go Care A/S.
The guarantee does not cover incorrect storage.
